Model Submissions
How do I apply to be represented by Point 5 MGMT?+
Submit through our Become a Model page at www.p5mgmt.world/become-a-model. Include recent, unretouched digitals (a natural-light headshot and full-length shot), accurate measurements, your location, and contact details. Submissions are reviewed by our agents in the order received.
Does it cost anything to submit or be signed?+
No. Applying is always free, and we never charge a fee to be considered or signed. Be cautious of anyone claiming to represent an agency and asking for payment to submit.
What happens after I submit?+
You will receive a confirmation of your submission by email. If our team sees a fit for a current board, we will reach out directly to arrange an introductory meeting. If we place an application on hold, it means the timing is not right for our current boards — we may invite a fresh submission with updated digitals and measurements at a later date.
Who can submit?+
We review submissions for our women's, men's, talent, influencer, creator, and development boards. There is no single height or size requirement — each board has different needs, and our development division works with newer faces.
I haven't heard back. Should I submit again?+
Please avoid duplicate submissions in a short window, as they slow review for everyone. If your look, measurements, or portfolio change significantly, a fresh submission is welcome.
Bookings & Casting
How do I book P5 talent for a shoot, show, or campaign?+
Email bookings@p5mgmt.world with the project scope, dates, usage, and rate, or browse our boards at www.p5mgmt.world/models. You can also use our AI talent matching tool at www.p5mgmt.world/find-talent to describe your project and receive recommended talent from our roster.
How does the booking process work?+
Once you confirm interest in a talent, we place a tentative hold on their calendar while details are finalized. A booking is confirmed once the rate, usage, dates, and terms are agreed and the paperwork is complete. Call sheets and production details are coordinated directly with the talent before the booking date.
Can I request a custom package of talent for my project?+
Yes. Tell us the brief and we will assemble a tailored package of matching talent for you to review, shortlist, and book from. You will be notified as you review, and we are notified the moment you shortlist or book so we can move quickly on holds.
Are the casting calls on your casting board run by Point 5 MGMT?+
Our casting board lists both agency-run opportunities and public casting calls from third parties. Third-party listings always link to the original source, and Point 5 MGMT does not independently endorse or screen external opportunities — always verify the organizer before sharing personal information.
Representation
What kind of agency is Point 5 MGMT?+
Point 5 MGMT LLC is a New York City mother agency representing models, talent, influencers, and creators. As a mother agency, we develop talent and place them with partner agencies and clients nationally and internationally.
What boards and divisions do you run?+
We run women's, men's, talent, influencer, and creator boards, plus a development division for emerging faces. You can browse each roster from the Models page.
Do you hold open calls or meetings?+
We meet talent by appointment. Models we are moving forward with are invited to short one-on-one meetings, held on Wednesdays between 12 PM and 2 PM Eastern. Details are shared directly with invited talent.
